Infant Room (6 weeks – 18 months)
Choosing care for your baby is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make as a parent. Our Infant Room is built around one simple promise: your baby will be held, loved, and cared for as if they were our own — in an environment where health, safety, and comfort always come first.
Health & Safety Come First
Before anything else, we want you to feel completely confident leaving your baby in our care. Our Infant Room teachers receive specialized training in infant feeding practices, Safe Sleep guidelines, and pediatric first aid/CPR, and our classroom is designed from the ground up with your baby’s safety in mind.
Thoughtful Feeding
- Individualized feeding schedules based on your baby’s routine at home
- Bottles and breast milk properly labeled, stored, and handled
- Open communication with families about feeding times and amounts
Safe Sleep Practices
- Cribs assigned and labeled for each baby
- Firm mattresses with snug-fitting sheets — no loose blankets, pillows, or toys
- Babies placed on their backs to sleep, following Safe Sleep guidelines
- Frequent visual checks throughout naptime
A Clean, Secure Classroom
- Toys and surfaces sanitized throughout the day
- A no-shoes policy in crawling and play areas
- Daily health checks and strict illness policies to protect your baby and their classmates
- Secure entry and sign-in/sign-out procedures so you always know who’s with your child
Care That’s Built Around Your Baby, Not a Schedule
Every baby is different, and our Infant Room honors that. Rather than fitting your child into a preset routine, our teachers get to know your baby’s individual eating, sleeping, and play patterns from day one — and partner closely with you to keep that routine consistent between home and school. We welcome you to visit the classroom with your baby before their first day, so both of you feel comfortable with the transition.
Communication doesn’t stop at drop-off. We keep you informed throughout the day on feedings, naps, diaper changes, and milestones, and we count on you to do the same — because a child who feels secure, at home, and in sync between two environments is a child who’s free to explore and grow.

Social & Emotional Growth
Through cuddles, eye contact, and responsive care, your baby learns to form secure attachments, focus on faces, and recognize familiar voices — the foundation for confidence and emotional security later in life.
Language Development
We talk, sing, and read to your baby throughout the day, narrating everyday moments and responding to coos and babbles. Over time, you’ll see your baby begin to use sounds, gestures, and eventually words to express their needs.
Physical Development
From tummy time to first steps, our teachers support every physical milestone — rolling, sitting, crawling, pulling up, and walking — through safe, age-appropriate activities and plenty of floor time to move and explore.
Sensory & Creative Exploration
Soft, smooth, bumpy, squishy — babies learn about their world through touch, sound, and sight. We offer daily sensory and creative experiences that spark curiosity and support brain development.
Outdoor Time
Weather permitting, babies get outside daily for fresh air, movement, and sensory experiences that build strong little bodies and a lifelong love of the outdoors.
